Agha Khan University Entry Test divided into two sections, 1st section is English and 2nd section is Mathematics & Science.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates can apply with pre-medical subjects (biology, chemistry, and physics) from all over Pakistan and overseas.
- High School qualification is equivalent to the HSSC pre-medical qualification in Pakistan with a minimum aggregate of 70%.
- Students from anywhere in Pakistan and overseas may apply for MBBS program
- The Aga Khan University will also accept applications from those candidates who will

Admission Procedure of AKU is divided into 2 stages,
- Stage 1:
- Submitting an application according to the eligibility Criteria of AKU (Application submission procedure is given below.
- AKU Test (or submitting its equivalent, SAT I / MCAT, as if applicable)
- Stage 2:
- Interviews of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisting is based on the applicable Test or its equivalent. Interviewed candidates are limited. Candidates will have to attend two independent interviews.
